Submission Guidelines
We are currently CLOSED to submissions. We're preparing our fourth title for publication. Please continue to keep us in mind and check back in the the spring (2022).
During our open submission periods, our staff personally review and carefully consider every manuscript submitted to Perpetuity, so long as it is within the listed genres.
FICTION ONLY. We do not publish non-fiction work.
Perpetuity Publishing, LLC is a small independent publisher of fiction. Please send us completed, edited, and polished manuscripts between 50,000-100,000 words in the following genres:
crime (hard boiled/noir, police procedural, etc.)
thrillers (psychological, espionage, crime, etc.)
mysteries (the darker the better, nothing cozy)
suspense
psychological horror
short story collections in the above sub-genres considered
Please do not send poetry or graphic novels. We're are currently not open to YA/MA submissions; however, this may change in the future, so please check back with us. There are some great indie presses out there specializing in all of the genres and forms we're not open to. We encourage you to seek them out and we wish you the very best.
HOW TO SUBMIT
We accept submissions electronically (via email).
Please follow the guidance below. (Please. We don't have many rules, but not following them may result in your manuscript being rejected before we ever see it. Not cool.)
Please send your full manuscript as an email attachment in either Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF format. Do not copy your manuscript in the body of the email. Please double space, use 12-point font, and include page numbers and your name in the header or footer of each page of the document.
In the Subject line of the email, type SUBMISSION, [Title of Book], [sub-genre], approximate word count. In the body of the email, be sure to include your full name, contact information, short bio, and any publishing credits. You may also provide a short synopsis.
